Of course, if it's our fault of sending you the wrong merchandise, we will let you return your item. If there's any delivery charges incurred, we will bear the charges.

We only accept return within 7 days of the day merchandise is sent to customer's place.
i.e. Item accepted by customer - THU 10/Oct, 3pm
the latest time to inform us about exchanging - THU 17/Oct, before 11:59pm.
THE LABEL MUST NOT BE CUT, item MUST NOT BE USED, and we will appreciate if you could keep the package for us.
Please note that CASH REFUND IS NOT APPLICABLE. Customers may choose to exchange other merchandise from us.
